Yesterday (April 1, 2014) many of our users experienced issues in the field with their GNSS systems. Various alerts came in from around the world, and the issues appear to be tied to the Russian GLONASS SV system. Users who experienced this issue were able to keep working by disabling GLONASS in their settings. After some investigating we did find some information online that pertained to this satellite constellation issue. Two theories are evolving from this, either it was caused by solar storm damage, or that is was done deliberately.
