In this Tech Talk we demonstrate how to configure VRS real-time corrections in the GNSS Status Utility app for use with the Trimble R1 GNSS Receiver. With VRS corrections you will receive real-time, high accuracy GNSS positioning to use with any compatible data collection application.
Things you will need prior to setup:
- Download the GNSS Status application on your mobile device via iOS or Google Play app store – FREE!
- Obtain a VRS account from MNDOT or other state agency
- Pair your mobile device with the R1 using Bluetooth
