Our friends over at MyTopo have recently announced the release of TNP 10.2. TNP now contains the option to show parcel boundaries* on the desktop as part of a yearly private land data subscription. Once downloaded to the desktop, parcels can be searched and shown on the desktop without an Internet connection. Private land ownership data on the desktop is a perfect compliment to the TNP Mobile Maps on SD cards. With this release, there are now product options for visualization of parcel data on either the mobile or desktop platforms. Features are provided in the desktop that provide a means to highlight specific parcels and convert them to tracks or routes. Easily transfer your projects to an iOS or Android device using the TNP Cloud; completing the field-to-office experience.
The yearly private land data subscription includes land ownership details such as private land boundaries polygons, landowner’s name and address, and assessor’s parcel number (APN). For more information about this exciting new product, please visit our web site at terrainnavigator.com/ParcelData. Our current pricing for this feature is $99.99 per state or region per year for each desktop license, a great value!
And for TNP Mobile, MyTopo is still adding many of the features that customers are requesting. For example, they have have added support for the USNG coordinate system, high resolution aerials, and numerous team tracking enhancements for the TNP Enterprise customer.
