Data Transfer: Help I Can’t See My Buttons!

Getting a new device is always an exciting thing. A fresh new box, bubble rap and maybe even packing peanuts. The unit is nice and shinny and ready to collect data. But when you plug it in and go to your Data Transfer tool…bottons hiddenAll the buttons are hidden hidden on the right side of the window! This is a common issue with a quick and easy fix.

  • On your desktop navigate to the Control Panel. Navigate to the Display tool.

  • More that likely your display settings are set to Medium or Larger. This is cropping off the buttons on the Data Transfer Screen. You will want to select Smaller, then click apply.

For the correction to take place you will need to log off of your computer and log back on. This should fix the issue.
