Using your robotic total station as a level.

In this video we show how your robotic total station can be used as a level by utilizing the Survey Basic tool within Trimble Access General Survey. This is a quick and easy way to get elevation data on a job site when you do not have access to an auto or digital level. This method can be done without the need of a station setup or resection. All you need is a good benchmark to work off of and you’re all set! We should state that this isn’t meant to be an alternative to using an auto level or a digital level, but it is a great alternative when trig leveling accuracies are acceptable for your project.
