WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS AND HERE FOR YOU.

 



Amidst the COVID-19 shutdown for most businesses in many states, we are continuing to operate as an essential business to keep you working with necessary equipment, repairs, and supplies. Our staff is committed to making sure you have what you need – wherever and whenever you need it, to keep you working. We are adjusting staffing and work hours as necessary to keep staff and customers safe, but also accommodate whatever needs you may have.

Our Corporate branch in Bismarck-ND is currently open our normal business hours, with full staff on hand to accommodate your needs. In addition, our Sioux Falls-SD, Anchorage-AK, and Bozeman-MT locations are also open for business.

Our staff in each of the offices affected by state or local Shelter orders will be working from home for the time being, until such a time that these orders have been lifted or expired in each respective city or region.

Each office will be offering optional curbside pick-up for your convenience and safety – if you are picking up an order or dropping off items for repair, simply give our office a call that you will be dropping off or picking up – to request curbside service.

That said, our whole team is committed to making sure that all of our valued customers are taken care of throughout this time – our local office phones will  forward to appropriate channels to direct your calls for support or other needs. Our sales and technical teams that are working from home, are available via cell or email to offer sales and technical support. We are working to accommodate any emergency needs for equipment, supplies or repairs on an as needed basis – if you have any of these needs, please contact your local Frontier office phone number to arrange appropriate action to keep you working.
